Field singularity exponent at corners

When materials meet at a locally linear interface (a bunch of material wedges), fields can be singular in the radial direction. This computes the leading exponent of the singularity for 90 degree corners.

Field diverges as r0. S4 pretty much won't work if there is a 1/r divergence. The closer to that, the slower the convergence.
